Click a circle: who outranks you and why you lose the area. The score under the map is per keyword, not Google opportunity at the top. Not a Google grade.

What is AI Search visibility?

On Growth & Scale, the panel checks whether your business is mentioned in AI answers when someone asks “recommend a restaurant downtown” or similar questions — across Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, and Gemini. You see a 0–100 score, mention rate, share of voice vs competitors, and gaps. It is not the same as the Local Pack map and does not promise “#3 in ChatGPT” — it is a signal from sampled checks, not a fixed rank.

On Growth & Scale, the panel ties what you did this month (Google posts, profile, reviews, tasks) to how metrics moved vs last month. You get an honest verdict: likely helped, or no measurable effect — not proof that a post caused the number. You can declare an experiment (e.g. 3 posts/week).

What are Google value and Google opportunity?

On the dashboard, Google value (ROI) estimates how much calls, directions, and website clicks may have been worth in lei or euro — using your rates; it is an internal estimate, not accounting. Google opportunity is a 0–100 score with a visual bar and up to 3 things to do (reviews, conversion, profile) — not a Google grade. Both are on all plans. On Growth & Scale, Review pace vs competitors shows your review share and how many months to catch their volume — plus email/bell when a competitor is pulling ahead on pace.

How do I know if a competitor is pulling ahead on reviews?

On Growth & Scale, after competitor updates you can get email and a notification: who added more reviews this month and how many months to catch them. Their pace is a Google Places estimate, not an official figure. The panel is on the dashboard; the owner does not have to open it to find out.

On Growth & Scale, you do not only see today’s rating: we detect what a rival changed recently (reviews, category, hours, photos) and whether it coincided with rank moves on your keywords. Activity score 0–100 — who is worth watching this week. Coincidence, not causation. Up to 5 competitors on Growth, 8 on Scale.

What are search mix and seasonality?

Search mix (brand vs category) classifies Google keywords: if the query contains the location name it is brand (awareness); the rest is category / discovery (demand). It is an internal approximation — not Google Insights Direct/Discovery. Seasonality compares this month vs last month with the same jump last year (e.g. August vs July), so you can see if a drop is normal. It is not a forecast. Mix is on plans with keyword insights; seasonality is on all plans.

How do I cover a month of posts in one click?

On plans with Google posts, open GBP Posts and click “Generate next month”. AI writes 8 pieces (copy + photo idea + channel) from Brand Kit, products, keywords, and season — or from your themes and notes. Check what you like, regenerate copy or photo if needed, then they schedule to Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Agencies sell hours; you sell “the month is covered”.

What does “from 5 stars, a Google post” mean?

When someone leaves 5 stars with text, the review does not stay only in the list: the platform also writes a profile post with a short quote and a photo idea. You see it in GBP Posts and check it — or let 5★ go out on their own. 1–2★ reviews never become a post. It appears after review sync, not 30 seconds from Google. Growth/Scale.

It compares profile views in the days after posts published on Google with the same length of time before (up to 14 days, up to 3 posts). The panel includes a day-by-day chart. It is a signal, not proof that the post caused the change. Included on plans with Google posts.

What is the agency Portfolio page?

An agency-only screen: see every client — who is losing views (at least 30% vs last month), who has unanswered reviews, who has not posted on Google. Filter from the numbers at the top and compare up to 4 clients, so you know where to act this month.

Can Revizor modify my Google Business profiles?

Not without your action. Revizor monitors, alerts, and reports — any profile change requires your permissions and an explicit action in the platform.
